Should you be away for the summer with an ongoing lease, your properties could be stored safely in your room and notify the leasing office of potential absence which would add a discount to your rent for the months you happen to be absent.
The most economical unit is a 3-bedroom one bath: each room with its own sink, mirror, vanity and light bar, rents at $468.00 per month. There are also 3-bedroom 3-bath, 2-bedroom 2-bath and 1-bedroom 1-bath apartments, which rents at $612, $688 and $777 dollars per month respectively.
