At the beginning of this month, the Lake Land College (LLC) Library introduced their used book sale for the first time in quite some time. The event will be hosted right after spring break from March 13th through to the 17th and from 9 am to 4 pm on those days.

Tables will be set up in the seating area with the books available for sale divided into nonfiction and fictional titles. The books themselves are mainly cited to be discards from the library collection over the past year, but there will be some new titles as well as community donations making an appearance as well.

The sale will not only be open to just students, staff, and faculty but also community members as well. Therefore, it is wise to come early to see the best selection before they’re gone! And gone they will definitely be, as all books on offer will be sold at a small sum of just 25 cents (cash only)!

The library further states that all of the proceeds will be used to buy new and updated books for the library during the upcoming school years. So make sure to stop on by to take a look at the selection and possibly pick up and build a collection of your own titles!
