Hooters Sidebar: Fries

Zoë Donovan, Managing Editor

It shouldn’t come as a shock to readers that Hooters isn’t known for its food; rather, the pretty and scantily clad “entertainers.”

As someone who can appreciate the female form in ways most women don’t, I have to say that between the food quality and the price of the food, it simply isn’t worth it.

For $3.99 and tax customers can get the curly fries. A direct menu quote reads, “Crispy curly potato goodness fried to perfection and tossed with our own special seasoning.” Flavor from the seasoning was lacking, and to say they were crispy is a stretch. The one thing that customers can always expect is to find their fries limp and bland.
