Do you enjoy golf, but find it inconvenient to travel from Lake Land to a golf course? Or do you love frisbee, but have a hard time getting all of your friends together at the same time on a Tuesday evening? Well, Lake Land has a solution.

On campus we have an 18-hole disc golf course. The course on campus begins in a field behind the VoTech building. For those of you who may not know where that is, it’s near the Ag Tech building, behind the student center.

The premise of the game is very similar to golf. There are holes and the goal is to get the frisbee into the hole with as few throws as possible. At the end of the game, the person or team with the fewest throws wins. Generally it’s a singles match, but some variations allow teams of two people. So if you’ve got a frisbee and some free time with a friend, come check it out!
